Somehow, this feels like the most generic 'broken engagement, here's a new engagement' story so far. This is another one that doesn't make any use of the concept of 'villainess'. The lead has one personality trait (sweets, yay!), but is otherwise fairly archetypal. It's not bad, but I don't think it hits the necessary points to be more than a rehash of the 'classic' version of the plot. It's fine if that's what you're looking for, but it doesn't stand out to me.
