Isn't that how all isekais work now? The market so saturated that basically all that's left to be made are the "it's exactly the same story as you've seen a million times before, except X" and you pray to the manga gods that X might actually be interesting.

Perhaps because there are so many unoriginal copies, when you do get something fresh, it really stands out. Like this recent gem.
FWIW, I still haven't made any judgment on this fluffy dragon shoujo, because they haven't shown us much yet. There's no plot direction, no character motivation. She just likes fluffy stuff? Even Mofu Mofu paradise had a plot, and this doesn't yet.
