Not gonna lie, I dropped the Accel manga after one or two chapters... I don't know how bad it is, but the beginning failed to capture my interest, so... I'm not really looking forward to the anime either...

Also... now that OPM2 is airing, it's clear J.C. Staff butchered Index III and Date a Live 3 to drop all their talent and money on the newly acquired license, but I'm not really happy with their follow up to OPM either... they're going for drama rather than parody, and considering OPM is a parody, they're butchering the anime for me (and I know for many others as well).

I don't know what's going on with J.C. Staff this year, but they went quickly from one of my favorite studios to one of my most hated ones in a spam of a few months.
Please, Nagai Tatsuyuki, bring that Railgun S goodness to Railgun 3! I'm sick of J.C. disappointing me!

Index 3 has come and gone, for the first time the parody panels feel somewhat different

I swear Kuroko's fights are getting more and more brutal, and she is showing more and more pain tolerance. I'm starting to think her getting shocked by Mikoto and recovering so fast is actually not a joke lol.

Anyway, nice fight, and I guess we getting another jailbreak once Saten do her thing and find Uiharu

@YamiRyuuZero Yeah I also thought that, Index was clearly affected by all this. The second season was weaker than the first Index one, but it still had some quality to it. Index third season was clearly just an info dump. Rushed just to get it out of the way.
But I disagree on OPM, OPM has never been "just a parody". This is ONE we're talking about, the guy who made Mob 100.
OPM has always had some form of serious criticism between jokes here and there. The Sea King arc for example, it treated the population's reaction extremely serious, and that arc's resolution still shows some effects in the background to this day(if you read the original OPM web comic, you'll see that this is true with the new city arc).

I explained my idea of aparody better in a comment I made on 9anime.

"THIS is the heart of OPM. Everyone in the show is desperate to fight against the monsters that appear, every character has their clear goal in mind and work tirelessly to achieve it. Meanwhile, contrary to everything in the show, Saitama is just casually triumphing over everyone's struggles, most of the time even unaware of the hardships of others. Saitama is a comedic character in the middle of a serious drama."

That's just one paragraph of many I wrote, comparing how MHS would have done the bird scene on King's apartment, compared to what J.C. Staff. It's the contrast between the dramatic world and Saitama's uncharacteristic goofiness and his ease to achieve the goals of everyone around him without any care in the world and the reactions it generates that make the story so great. J.C. Staff doesn't get that.

That's scary, she teleported some of the paste into her blood vessel to slow down the drug. She could have easily lost an arm or have a heart attack.
