Золотые купола...
So anyway the school romanization is weird, like really weird, the blackboard is probably right (it might be work in the region, but both don't make that much sense for what they are doing) the assignment is something from the soviet times (volodyuka wrote more about it above). On page 11 the only readable thing in her notes is "Cafe Le"(probably the name, it could be many things). On page 14 in the assignment we have "Shops in our city" at the top and "1. Food shop (yep it's not something anyone says) 2. Clothing shop 3. Универсам (it's something like a supermarket but smaller i guess, not sure if that's the right way to describe it) 4. Household goods."
The school building looks weird, maybe it's just because living in moscow means that i only see the soviet era schools, which are literally copy pasted.

...Am I the weird one here? There was a similar project we had around the time I was around 10-11. Tbf, it wasn't a group project, but still, interviewing (with parental guidance) was expected.

I interviewed my uncle that runs and creates jewellery. Hell, I even brought in an old fashioned tape recorder to record the interview just to give it a certain feel.

Ye folk's school just be weird for not doing fun stuff like that. Sure, I didn't create many complex diagrams, but interviewing local companies and such was definitely something we kids did here once or twice.

And here is also possibly an unpopular opinion. She went way too far with her effort. She went too extreme into the work there. These kind of projects are specifically done so students can have fun with it, not prepped like you are interviewing for a marketing team.

The kids were, rightfully so, put off by her behaviour and intensity. That level of intensity is going to scare off most people. If you are going to be like that, you need to at least know how to hook people in and then gradually increase the intensity rather than start super intense from the get go.

Tbf, I am pretty sure the mangaka and the author are aware of this considering the one she is getting to have feelings for is exactly the type she needs to... well, help her relax I think might be a good way to say it? To not lower her standards exactly, but at the very least learn how to be more flexible and how to work with people that are of different from herself.

Lmaooo first time hearing about an elementary school where the kids have to do a complicated group project like that. Russians are really built different after all.

So her reason for being who she is is that during elementary school she was that one guy/girl that did all the work in the group project because they really needed the credit? Damn, that's tough

Listing being bilingual as something to be blessed by? More than half the people in the world know more than one language.

"Skola" is the word for school in Swedish.

She really shouldn't be sad about not placing first when she was the only one working. She knows what she did, and that it's more than everyone else. It's probably too low age for that, but the rest of them should just fail.

Bit too much of a silver bullet plotline. A small, singular issue that sparked a significant part of her personality.

Dang. Still in elementary school and there exist assholes that don't do their part in a group project? Crazy.
Not limited by age.

More fuel for my thesis that in manga, being a Hard Worker is the one virtue that really matters.
Unless you're a side character. Then all the hard work you do won't matter anyway, because people with more talent will just breeze past you.

Bro, what the heck type of school is that? In that age you will be going around to ask people seems weird.
Yeah, it's a bit much for that low age. Too much responsibility for what small kids can handle.

Those difference are what makes it weird. With those, it's perfectly fine.

And here is also possibly an unpopular opinion. She went way too far with her effort.
Nah, I agree with that.

The kids were, rightfully so, put off by her behaviour and intensity.
I wouldn't call it "rightfully", but it's understandable. The way they treated her as a response is reprehensible any way you cut it, though.

Ah yes, group work
While I'm certainly not that committed, once you are, you usually end up doing everything yourself. Either that, or you're part of the "let the committed peeps take care of everything" camp...
