You’re absolutely right, not that Tokimori’s perspective will be that much better or more enjoyable, but she still has things to share, like how she managed before she met mc and such. But this would make the manga progress, and we can’t have that here. Hence we’ll get some flashback about her on the last 2 chapters of the manga, then they’ll start dating on the last page. The end

I‘m confused by some of the reactions as this seemed like some sort of acknowledgement from a few chapters ago that our girl is truly into him. It was nice to see her drop to the floor and blush happily because he touched her head like that. She is starting to embrace her feelings for him, she just doesn’t have the courage yet to tell him…which given her past is understandable.

It really isn’t MC’s fault that she really doesn’t open up about what she is thinking. They are close, but I’ve had girl friends I’m close with do stuff like that without romantic interests so like…it is possible.
