I already said it, but the main issue of this manga is that they decided to make in a way that it passed over a year and all those events could have been in no more than 3 months.
Yeah, still would be weird but at least not THAT weird.
Also, they didn't need to keep sharing the same bed, if they were just roommates they there would be no issue
