MAL always count extras for their total btw, you can usually check the 'More Info' tab there for it, in this case each volume have an extra + epilogue, final chapter is 90, so 3 more + epilogue

There's a link to the official raw on the manga page, but only a few chapters are free. I just used the chapter titles for my info, I didn't actually read it.
You could probably find a site for raws by googling the japanese name plus "raw" or the chapter number.

He used that jump cut really well to get from the forest, surrounded by people and police, to a back alley in the center of a city. If he just continued using that, he could probably escape. Maybe should've put that onto the crime salon: just jump cut your way out of difficult situations.
