Now granted Tomo-chan wa Onna no ko! is web only so theoretically he can do whatever he wants without worrying about the publisher. But a sex scene would still throw the ENTIRE thing into 18+ category with all the accompanying legal hassle... and profit loss.

They will probably end up kissing after screwing around for 10 chapters, but don't expect them to EVER fuck.
