@emMeBi86 When you've been following the manga since 2015 you either get used to the hiatuses or die of Tomo abstinence, that's just Fumita, in the mean time you could check out his other works, though half of them are NSFW, the one shot Gaijin-chan to Mushinkei Boyish-chan gives you a good idea how he developed the characters for Tomo-chan, and depending on who you ship, it might make your non-canon dreams come true ?

Fumita has always been know for hiatuses, but it's the first time he doesn't come back (more or less) when announced, as well as there being absolutely nothing on his Twitter about Tomo since the hiatus started...... Actually, he went completely silent after mid-November last year, can we some how confirm he's not dead?

Lol, I bet the publisher has been up his butt about a proper way to conclude the story, and his current drafts were probably not deemed good enough. This is his first real work and he only has 7 volumes, which isn't enough for him to keep making a decent living. He probably went nuts and got angry, and now this is probably a silent period while he takes some time to get back into his creative mood and give a crap....and the publisher tries to work with him...ether that or he got fatally ill and he is struggling for dear life. Who knows?
