Neither of them will be dead. Katagiri didn't have any black bullets so can't kill another player (and they don't actually "kill" the person anyway) and, while it wasn't explicitly banned, in a previous chapter admins said killing was a no go. There'll be some ass pull or she'll wash up on a beach somewhere else on the island perfectly fine.
