This is the chapter that made me go “Yuichi is Ayanokouji fr fr”. Dude is one of the smartest MC’s ever. Although he would lose against Ayano. I think I’d rank it like this

Light Yagami> Yuichi Katagiri> Lelouch Britannia > Ayano Kiyotaka

Also Ayano would destroy all of them combat wise (if Lelouch doesn’t use geass or a mecha). I don’t think there is an MC smarter, more cunning, and more deadly than Ayanokouji. Hoping that Yuichi at least surpasses Lelouch. He’d have to do something insane to surpass Ayano though.
