This is a seriously beautiful story. While reading this I kept empathizing with these characters, feeling what they would feel, thinking about how I would react if I were in the same situations. While the romance aspect leaves a lot to be desired as far as closure and defined lines go, I don't even really think that this story actually needs romance at all. The raw emotions that are present and grow as you watch the characters flow through time is stunning, it's stories like this that make me wonder if there is something more I can do in my own life.
