You are totally free to not like that kind of story, but saying it's objectively bad it's totally a different thing
Even slice of life romcoms are supposed to have daily life events, like the protagonists doing stuff together, maybe traveling, maybe going on dates, giving each other presents, sharing interests, etc. The story is supposed to develop at least somewhat. In this case, there is literally nothing (consider as an example Nekozane being pestered about joining the photo club by that super-annoying busybody senior, Minato's membership didn't mean jack to her until cat pics entered the picture) - the whole manga is an absolute nothingburger except for a sense of vague longing, good art, and cats.
And let's not even get started on the "com" part of the "romcom" - how many jokes have landed for you in nineteen chapters?
Finally, while I agree with you that there's no accounting for taste, failing at the very basic elements of storytelling (such as, you know, having a story and its elements to animate each chapter, or characters in their development) is as close as a work comes to being objectively bad.
