There's the "you have to infer the subject" Japanese grammar than always causes the misunderstanding.

It's hard to find a western film without one right? My mom always complains when we're looking for a movie to watch together. There are a few exceptional cases where it's done with artistic intent on the director's part which captures the essence of the character well but for the most part I think the directors were just horny, it's so unnecessary

I came here a bit after reading the mangaka’s other, bigger hit (which got an anime adaptation), within the last week or so after looking into what else they’ve done.

I‘m hoping for fluff like with glasses girl, but I’ll take anything remotely similar. Certainly looks promising.
