Meta-wise, is the overflowing monsters from a dungeon a trope or is it just recently?

As far as I'm aware, it's a pretty common trope in dungeons based fantasy story.

Stampede, overflow, dungeon break, are among the common terms used to describe the phenomenon

Mm, I know some cosmetics do have a bit of alcohol in it but other than mixed in with other stuff, wouldn't it dry out skin versus being specifically for acne/oily face which I assume a goddess wouldn't have to deal with breakouts

I thought other than Fel talking that others couldn't understand Dora chan and Sui unless it's bc they leveled up or just choosing to communicate with him I guess?
