@Wolfraing So the Fenrir is safe, not him. Sure the Fenrir might be the greatest offensive partner, but he has shown himself to be fairly lax in defense, as he himself is too powerful to actually be threatened by anything. His sense of danger is skewed due to his power.

However way you see that, The MC has no need to be scare, It is safe to say that fenrir value the live of the MC more than anything, Because of the food, But it is more deep than you think, He(Feru) Willingly decided to listen to the MC, An Omnipotent creature, Listen to a little weekling, That he finds troublesome.

Frankly speaking it is just anoying how spineless he is, When someone that powerfull got your back, And we haven't seen the littles of his own power and perception.

This MC is just an annoying hipocondriac chicken, And has no reason to be scare and is annoying.

To be honest I kinda appreciate than the main character is a coward that obviously tries very hard to avoid any kind of hardship. It is a considerable change with your average isekai main character.

I kinda see both points, while I did thought it was kinda annoying how he freaked out, it's also pretty expectable and realistic from an ex-salary man who was thrown into a world with vicious monsters.

But he spent how many weeks (months?) already and still freaks out this much? give us a break, or better yet, chara development
