Rereading this after finishing Hayate no Gotoku, Hata's most prominent work. Looks like its artstyle transferred here, they're pretty much the same. And Nasa's parents look a lot like Hayate's but not assholes this time. And yeah, Tsukasa looks a lot like Hina except she has sharper eyes. Fans must be pissed about most popular girl not winning so Hata brought her here.

I'm here after watching the anime. This was such a phenomenal start to the story in the first episode.

Biiiiig minus for that, "this is the first time I spoke with my wife," crap. I fucking hate that.

I also hate it. It kills some of the tension in romance. My reaction was identical.

It's probably because the literal premise of this story is 0 to 100 right at the start straight into married life, then the awkward but adorable slice of life of two newlyweds that essentially just met.

They're not foreshadowing the ending, here. They're telling you that's just the beginning.

Y'all too used to the formula where this shit is the end-point.
