For everyone that doesn't understand or is confused, here's the rundown. Tsukasa is immortal (basically confirmed in chapter 141), the kaguya on this planet (with the mask) is the real kaguya from the bamboo cutter story. Nasa forgot something important that happened on the night where he got hit by the truck. Tsukasa is implying something was sealed or something with a kiss, but nasa does not remember it, so the logical conclusion is that it happened when he was blacked out right after he got hit, or when he blacked out after agreeing to marry Tsukasa. As I said, something went wrong there, which is why she left. We'll have to wait until Sunday to see what really happened, so we will see then. This is probably going to be the last arc of the manga, as it was gonna end a few chapters ago anyway. Cheers!
