As for Tsukasa, him forgetting was a huge shock to her because it was the reason they got married. Was she childish? Yes. Was she also supposed to be able to parse that he forgot because of the accident and not something else? Not necessarily. I mean he survived and seemingly remembered all the other important things. Now what should have perhaps happened is that they talked it over but that's only if they were both mature and developed. Just because you live 1000 years doesn't mean your ultra wise or have relationship experience.
