Yes they most definitely haven't and considering the way Hata handled Hatake we'll only get maybe an epilogue about it 400 chapters from now. It's funny because i don't think his intent was to make a story about a sexless marriage but it just kinda happened and it's kinda jarring. At least this isn't so mindnumbingly mundane as Hatake was (yet?) with no payoff.

Hasn't it only been a couple months since they started their newlywed life? A child this early would just ruin everything. I think Naza doesn't even a something like a stable job and is just helping out occasionally, right?

It was Japanese Pun that doesn't translate well in English, our Translator came up with a few options and we went with one of them.

Yeah, because I'm sure that the person who alienated herself from everyone for hundreds of years because of how her immortality ended up separating her from everyone she loved trough dead, is just SO excited to have children she will see grow older than her and die, or better yet, spawn a bunch of other people with the same horrible fate as her

Which 4-komas? Most of the stuff that implied they might have done it are the extra chapters, not the 4-komas at the end of them. Usually the 4-komas exist for really short jokes, since they are literally four panels arranged vertically. That's what 4-koma means.
And one of the extra chapters seems to heavily imply pretty much all of those extra chapters ended with Toast making it impossible for them to go any further.
I also suspect the Elixir's effects might be an issue, as well, for various reasons. Maybe more recent chapters go into it, even. I'll find out in time, but for now, if Hata has thought of the same issues I have, sex might be highly undesirable for an immortal woman.

I've gone into detail before about how the elixir's effects might make it constantly excruciating to have sex as a woman, as well as a possibility that it might also make it extremely dangerous for the male's organ, depending on how forceful the regeneration process would be, with no regard of any matter in the way. Seriously, think about that, flinch, and cover your crotches, because that's a horrible mental image.
