Same here.I am so confused, because I feel almost certain I have already seen 3 of those 4 new chapters (the exception being 20.2), but they are labeled as new chapters in all ways possible?

I can't speak for what you guys saw, but maybe these chapters are re-uploads by different scanlator groups while the previous ones were removed?
Also, yeah, middle school Nukumizu (Kazuhiko) not realizing he'd not only talk to a popular girl again, but he'd regularly hang out with one and appreciate the time he spends with her and vice versa, and even end up spending time with the same popular girl he interacted with back then? She'd also treat him kinda like an old friend almost right from the start of their association in high school, even.
It's still pretty obvious he's closer to Anna, though. Yes, she's not here for this chapter part (except that absolutely adorable art on the last page), but still, at this point in the story, to me, they've felt like they're just shy of whats called 'more than friends'. Boy falling in love with sea otter girl, as much as he protests otherwise, and vice versa. The main block is Anna still needing to get over Sosuke more completely, I suspect. Beyond that might be Kazuhiko's own reluctance about romantic entanglements for himself in general.
Kinda feel sorry for the others, honestly. Especially Lemon. But at least in her case and Chika, they end up showing a grace in rejection that I struggle to see in Anna, and as painful as it is, I feel like that informs how well they'd be able to handle it happening again.
