For the sake of playing Devil's Advocate, I'm going to point out I've seen SOME people on the well blubbered side of weight who are deceptively quite fit despite looking like they'd pass out after a quick walk. Most of the time tho, yeah you right. Tho with manga logic, that could actually be in effect given the setting.

I literally forgot about this Manga, and in no small part due to how over drawn this arc is.
Really overstayed it's welcome and bringing Karen back did not help sadly.

I think it would have been better off for the series to have ended with them together if the Mangaka or Author didn't want to progress to them getting married.

Karen getting on her high horse to lecture scrubs about a knight's spirit… When she's here because she ditched her own responsibilities to come hook up with watch over her lover. Pretty damn rich… Well, the good thing is there's nobody who knows about her identity and could call her out.


Also, for the record, according to the page at the raw link on md, this chapter was released the first of may, and 38.4 three weeks later. Then 39.1 got released after five more weeks on the end the of june, but nothing since then. So, yeah, that last part is a bit concerning.

Or maybe the mangaka just went on vacations during the summer ? On a tropical island ? Where women are lightly dressed ? Probably going to try and write off all these expenses from his tax pretending it's all work research.
