I'm still not understanding how Kousuke's godhood is concealed?
Didnt Spica and co. come down and commune with him for the opening of Amamiya in front of a giant crowd?
At the temple unveiling, he became 'the first man to summon a god'.
Not that he himself was a god yet.
Also as large of a crowd that was, it was mostly influential people from outside the tower or adventurers who's reached decent floors so most of them don't stay at the tower.
Immediately after when he succeed in going to Asgard on his own, he officially became the living god.
Then the gods sent oracle to the churches (ch 40) though they don't call him Kousuke through this.
can't belib some idiot will invoke wrath of gods later and the story hinted at it this long ago (even the identity of said idiot has been hinted at)
Kousuke himself tell the Crown executives (ch 43) but these are the people who know him already + not going to reveal it anyway.
The 3 main churches give official recognition/announcement about the living god as of ch 48
Then his status as living god got even more solidified in the public when some idiot tried to spread words to slander him and Kouhi almost got to EXTERMINATUS a town (ch 61 onward)
So aside from that temple unveiling, Kousuke himself didn't really show up in public.
And recently at the festival his group were wearing a mask that likely obfuscate the details of himself so if he's using similar effect here then normal people might not even remember his face even if they are looking at him.
tl;dr - the amount of people who's seen him in person is actually pretty small + he himself is likely using some kind of concealment effect when going around.
Honestly, at this point I wish the author would start making Kousuke stronger. He is basically at the same power level as when he started, even though he achieved godhood.
Everyone's underwear is pretty Japan focused, shimapan and ichigopan, I'd guess either it's a product sold at the tower or it's just easier/funner to draw.
Pretty much this. His core power is appraisal / information, so his effective power is being able to know who and when to properly delegate tasks, in both management and combat, and how to improve and support his subordinates.
Isn't Haku, the first child already ?
Now if what you meant is with his all but in name wives, I would put Shrein first since she's very affection demanding.

In addition, he really barely did anything non-divine/tower based up until he decided to do this side quest adventure. Kouhi and Mitsuki basically conquered the tower for him(besides the floors where they just flew over everything on the dragons). Iiirc, he pretty much repeated the process for the other towers, but with the harem's help and occasionally sending Nana or another familiar to attack.
These quests/requests are the first time he's really doing the fighting himself. And even then, Cecil and Alicia are still probably doing more than half the work
