Overdone combo but understandable, other continents and kingdoms have to consider manipulation and exaggerations since they haven't seen Kousuke's miracles and power.

I'm really wondering what the author has up their sleeve here.

Considering:

• The other tower owners got sent a message when he got the tower to level 10, something no one has ever done.
• Multiple churches have recognised him as a god.
• The whole bit where a "messenger" appeared after bad rumours were spread about him.
• The summoning of three gods.

I really feel like even if you didn't believe he had become a god, or figured the above were all baseless rumours, most sane people would show at least a BIT of caution.

Either there is something more at play here, or the author is trying to provide conflict for the story, but unfortunately when you make a character a god that can be kind of tricky to do.

You forget that people can be really stupid. You don't need to be insane or evil to say or do something like this. Just be incredibly stupid.
That said, the opposite also applies. A lot of cool stuff we have is because the people who invented them made a silly mistake or are too dumb to realize that it's not possible, but somehow manged to do it.

Yeah, human stupidity is both a blessing and a curse.

They now make more "High End" Products which "are" better than Onboard Sound if you have the right Headset/Speakers. I have a Teufel Headset with one and it sounds quite a bit better for me ... but I would consider it a waste of money for most unless you are really into audio stuff.
Of note it wasn't just the Onboard Stuff. Wndows doesn't allow certain Audio techniques for Built In Audio Cards so what they can do now is limited. It's why the more higher quality stuff is now USB.

In this manga, every villain is NOT sane. And really dumb. It's the author's modus operandi.

• The churches were like: "We'll ignore the gods and use their oracles as benefits. So obey us." Before they were schooled.
• The merchants were trying to spread rumors about the MC. Before Kouhi and Mitsuki intervened.
• Some rando son of a noble came to do shit in this very tower. Before he was humiliated and his dad called him back.
• A kingom sent a fleet. Actually these were the smartest dudes, as they actually said: "Nevermind, we are over our heads, we were joking. Let's be friends."

And now this retard. All of them are dumb and insane.

I'm betting Kouki will.... take care of this dude. She seems furious. Probably nothing lethal because the MC does not approve....

Aside from that, massive sex chapter...

Don't forget the rest of this world is still stuck in a medieval era civilization. It's easy to forget since the MC has all sorts of modern conveniences but for everyone else they're still stuck in the dark ages. If they know anything about kousuke it's through communicating via letters and sailors tales. Most of it would be unbelievable unless it's a first hand account.

I'm pretty sure people in a medieval era are not particularly well educated let alone expected to think logically when something like a god appears. Moreso if it conflicts with all of your preconceived beliefs. I wouldn't be surprised if at some point the MC will have to face a religious crusade.
