It seems to be partly a TL mistake. The Japanese spelling is ラゼクアマミヤ razekuamamiya. To get Lazequa you would need to split it into ラゼクア・マミヤ = Razekua-Mamiya = Lazequa-Mamiya, which is likely not correct.

Even with the more likely split ラゼク・アマミヤ = Razeku-Amamiya, it’s unclear what Razeku is supposed to mean.
