How is the official release of this one? Want to reread and I buy it but I seems like a complicated series to translate.

Mixed feelings due to inconsistency with the terms e.g. sometimes Ookami, sometimes Greater God, sometimes Kara/Great Kara, sometimes Tang Dynasty, some word choices, etc. The TL seems okay tho.

I'm the type that prefers to just keep the JP original terms and then leave a long note at the end, especially when the main theme of the work is about myth and history.

It is Kozumi himself, he's the only single true variable. Every time he goes back he tries some other way of his plan. Maybe this time he just chose the wrong village to destroy for the gabi trial.
