Hmm, connection with both Reimu and Mizuchi, both of whom are/were affiliated with the Hakurei Shrine, with the power to break someone out of old hell. No matter how you cut it, it looks like Yukari is behind it all again. Suika is a good contender, but what business would she have with the Hakurei Shrine if the past?
