Mamizou isn't really evil, she's just very cunning and always looking for an angle to benefit herself. I'll agree she is more dangerous than the punch-drunk Onis of Touhou though.

@ilikepi31415 To be fair to the Oni; Kasen expelled the evil half of her soul, Yuugi spends most of her time underground, and Suika has priorities which make her less of a threat. Well, Suika would be very threatening if someone tried to implement a prohibition, but so would pretty much everyone of power except Sanae.

Actually, representation of her gourd as a whole sake brewery inside is interesting. And it's drawn magnificently! Mizutaki-sensei is cool. Just tell me, is it a he or she?
And oh well, here we have this tanuki again, to move the plot forward stir some trouble. She should be beaten every once in a while, like in Ibarakasen, to know her place. I mean, neither tengu newspapers, nor Okina's "great debut" aren't that annoying as her actions in whatever manga she appears.
