The Dutch (since she is Dutch) says directly translated in English:

"I want to live on, even after my death!"

I love these types of manga where it does its best to shed light and represent the overlooked groups, especially disabilities. Especially when you know they've done their research and are realistic in how they function and perceive the world, and how others who interact and get to know them also expand their horizons.
Lowkey hoping that there's no love triangle drama shenanigans here though since I'm here for the representation and the fluff alongside it
