The cleaning is a little weird in several bubbles, leaving a semitransparent halo around the text.

That is an inspired design for a basilisk.

It is a "moth" with eye-patterned wings made to confuse, distract, and scare its victims, with the bonus that misdirects them from its true eyes, which would make you think that it is detrimental for the beast but it actually helps aim its petrifying gaze much better as its victim can't react fast enough to its body movements, at least not upfront.

Nihei-sensei's art can be pretty chaotic, but he puts a lot of consideration into his design choices, since Sidonia no Kishi I noticed he refined his art a lot from his Blame days.

Did the big tittied goth girl call Yuva "master salt thrower"? Did she become a fan or something?

Main group posted their version, she says "Yuva, the thrower of salt!", makes one wonder just how much is wrong with this sniper translation

Another low quality snipe. Why not work on an actually abandoned series or something man
Because they want the attention and praise of the people who don't care about actually good translation, it's easier to get that from a series that already has already gathered some popularity.

When you use a lasso tool to cut out text, it leaves behind pixels on the edges that are not fully white or orange (like your background), but rather anti-aliased. When you use a bucket fill tool to paint the cutout area white again, it doesn't recolor those pixels. To fix that, either use the box selection tool to make clean cutouts or create a layer under the manga page and paint that one white instead.

Really it doesn't takes much to have them as a double page so why not join them?

Or just make a new layer on top for cleans. You shouldn't really be cutting out or doing any kind of edits at all on the base image.
