Moderated just means some snowflake was offended by something you said. For the sake of less drama it gets the moderated tag which means that only people who have "show all comments" set - the non-snowflakes - will see the comment.

It's nothing to worry about so long as it doesn't become an ongoing thing where you make 10+ accounts on site to spam mods, spam their email, spam pms, etc... Because there's one hero doing that already
