Fun fact from real history:
The "Perfetti" were the elites of the Chatars heresy, men and women that took the only sacrament that the chatars recognized, the "Consolamentum Perfecti".

Someone that took the Consolamentum Perfecti sacrament had a lot of restriction in life, as the holy duty to always tell the truth.
A Perfetto could be a member of the hierarchy (for every region a Bishop, a Filius Major and a Filius Minor).
A nice touch is that in the Chatars hierarchies a woman was able to reach the Bishop role (the top of hierachy).
