Lmao, that comment section is a wild ride. Between the guy recommending "real" magic and much more real hallucinogenic, and the retard who doesn't understand that the manga not going over every little line of a contract doesn't mean Agrippina's plan is to starve the MC to death ; it's a blast to read.

As for the status of that manga, the last chapters published in jp was the 13th, late December of last year. So, it's not axed for sure but it's not looking good.

If you want to know the rest of the story you should go read the novel, it still ongoing but most of it has been translated in English. It's best to read from the start but the manga covers the event of volume 1.
Great series, I highly recommend it.

Mensch is Yiddish; it literally means "Human Being (male connotations)," but also has the contextual meaning of "a good and decent person who treats their neighbor as they themselves would like to be treated."

Yiddish does a lot of work with just a few syllables; a bit like Japanese, actually.

Came back here to say, I miss you cuddlebuns. The "other" group started translating it, & I know from the get-go to avoid whatever they touch, because they always choose to do the legwork and change the media to be worse than the raws they were given.
