As far as I remember, this manga was a school/slice of life romance, so probably shoujo. The female main had long, blonde/uninked hair, and was kind of a tomboy.
What I remember most was her rival, who had a bobcut that was also blonde/uninked, notably quiet, and wore alternative fashion, probably some kind of lolita. I think she was close to the male lead because he didn't make fun of her for wearing unusual clothes. Though the female lead was wary of her, she eventually warmed up to her rival and became friends.
That's all I can recall after reading this quite a few years ago on Batoto, and I'd love to revisit this story and see where it's gone if anyone knows it!
