Trying to remember a gag comedy manga where many of the jokes are about how awesome the author is

I think it was popular on twitter or something a few years back. It was pretty meta humor, but very tongue-in-cheek and over-the-top. The author was praising himself to the point of parody, and then some. I think one of the chapters was about how every woman in the world wanted to be his girlfriend, and another was about him using his dick as an escape from a helicopter somehow? Mostly I just remember it being side-splittingly funny. It's on the tip of my tongue but just can't place it.

Uh, no, it's not hentai.

IIRC the dick/helicopter thing was something like he was kidnapped and held prisoner, but his dick was so big and strong that he extended it to the ground and then rappelled down it or something. He was still dressed and stuff. Maybe I'm remembering that chapter compeltely wrong. It would be funnier if I could remember it right.

There was another few chapters where the author drew himself drawing the manga and talking about it, and there were some gag chapters with other characters.

I know I originally read it on Batoto back in the day. I think the author referred to himself in the third person

It's a usual manga format. Short, one-off chapters in the regular style.
The artstyle is reminiscent of this series:

But it's neither of those. Thanks for the try though @solstice258. The humor was less dependent on fart jokes than that series, too. =P

The series referred to the author by his handle pretty frequently, which is why it's annoying me that I can't remember the guy's name! I'll keep trying.
