Man, this feels like it should be Ch. 60 or something. It could be more impactful, but we’ve been given hardly any time with Portia, let alone the main characters. It’s not like these chapters are dense 60-page novellas or were adapted and cut down from a light novel. It’s kinda a shame cuz there’s good shit here.

How many hosts has Edmund eaten??? I guess that was his nature rather than skill of a hero.

That’s what I’m wondering. I wonder if the Edmund gained more skills by eating people so when the Ougi came back in his body the only skill he had was the original master chef skill. Or maybe the hero only ever had the chef skill and this is the true manifestation of it and why Edmund didn’t want to come back

Maybe it's not outright resurrection, as the priest healed and connected the 2 halves of beast loli, but even if it was resurrection Portia was seemingly killed and dead for some time before the 2 caught up to MC and even then Portia's body is too damaged to be revived as herself
