Doesn't matter if the primary focus of the title isn't sexual content (I'd say one of Tsugumomo's primary focuses is sexual content anyways, but thats a separate convo). I asked and got clarification on discord that if a title has ANY DEPICTION of censored genitalia its rating should be upped to Mature. Doesn't matter if its a single instance or multiple, thats how the guidelines should be enforced according to the mod I asked.

Tsugumomo uses many different ways to censor genitalia. Whiting it out, stickers, leaving it blank, "area effects", etc. Pretty much every spiritual intercourse scene in the series has some variation of it.
The Title has been running over 8 years now without anyone having an issue and now suddenly Tsugu and other Titles get "upgraded" .
What content rating I think a title deserves has no bearing. The only thing that matters is what content rating the MD guidelines say the title falls under. And in this case, and with the current wording of the guidelines, they clearly say the title should have the Mature tag. It would be anarchy if anyone with the powers to edit would just edit according to their personal "vibes".

If thats what the description used to look like, all that changes is that Tsugu should have been upped to Pornographic long ago. The content rating descriptions exist for a reason and should be followed.
The plot and character development is undeniably the primary focus of Tsugumomo, so it makes sense it'd keep that rating for this whole time
not to mention the countless oneshots and short mangas with some sex scenes and uncencored nipples but are still rated "suggestive"
