Demon king did an oppsie and hit the useless nice guy instead and when woke up,every demon apologizing as if they care about him in the first place

I think the reason why they’re apologizing is because he might’ve inherited the demon king’s power, which would mean if he got angry and decided to erase them, he could do so effortlessly.

Or maybe they just felt sorry for his weak ass. It do be kinda pitiful

On one hand, its one of those 'The MC thinks hes useless but in reality hes pretty OP!' which has become a growing trope but it deviates from the usuals by having him not kicked out of his party, in fact his charisma is cranked up to 11 and they all are thirsty for him even the dude. They are pretty cringy in fact but, it does have potential for a lot of fun.

Refreshing that it's not a scumbag hero kicking out a (not) weak party member. That first chapter is a lot to take in at once, but i do hope the hero's party is gonna be alright (probably not sadly).

It is explained why in novel, basically Aura is playing politics, is good girl and Cross has street respect in demon world as a peak of human effort (heroes are considered inhuman). Also, demons doing dogeza were paid to come.

Manga completely twists the original plot (MC originally wasn't killed by demon lord spell), skips important events and dialogues, and changes MC and heroes vibe, so it doesn't hold together anymore

@edit: actually, after reading manga further, it's completely different story from original, it only borrows characters and a bit of setting
