Tia has some access to her past timeline memories confirmed, but only through dreams. Still good, better than no memories at all. So in this timeline Ed has his memories and OP skills, but not the OP gear. New Game+ indeed.

The question for me now is whether he'll stay with them until the demon king is defeated, or he'll contrive a way to get banished once he's confident enough they'll win without him. Personally, unless a way is found for Tia to come with him I'd say he should just stay here and marry Tia...
