Wow, I didn't think Luce had the guts to tell the count to apologize to his son. She's not only funny but feisty too. Coward is not a word that applies to her. And... dear father? (did she just call the count おとうさま, maybe she actually does have feelings for Elma )

I guess this really is the last we'll see of the count's interference. But I can't say the same about his cousin. She'll surely be back for revenge, she's crazy enough to do it. It'd be weird for her not to given she's anything but batshit crazy from what we've seen.

Yeah I don't really get the flashback. But I guess it serves to point out that even bad people can have moments of goodness? It's a great lesson sorta but he doesn't really seem to follow it.

The Count seems to care way more about the power and prestige of his family than the wellbeing of his people. The Sword Saint was literally murdering people for levels in his basement. Sure they might be criminals but seeing how this world is some of them could've been on death row for insulting a noble or something.

It shows that he doesn’t have complete animosity towards his father who so far has shown only harshness. His father seems to be a conservative man with rigid values. Some or good, but others cause him to be quite prejudiced and stubborn. He’s a man who’s not entirely good or bad.

I can see why no one else in this world understands the value of Heavy Knight. It requires a freakin’ low life build that uses a rare skill book. Gamers have the advantage of reviving or multiple characters to quickly iterate and find the best builds. However, when you have only one life, it would take an insane man or a miracle to discover that a dangerous low-life build would be the best to way to build the Heavy Knight class.
