i wouldn't have a problem with that if other characters weren't also hunting monsters way above their level as well. not to mention them surviving getting hit by such monsters. there's also the issue of damage output being absolutely retarded like how in the early chapters monsters only had double digit hp yet they were taking dozens of hits before finally getting killed and in the more recent chapters monsters are taking insane hits with like triple and quadruple digit numbers and still aren't being taken down. numbers make 0 sense in this manga yet they're all over the place.

On one hand, it may be a good idea to bring a Chihuahua along due to all the noise it makes when it senses danger, but all that noise my attract larger, violent dogs that just want it to shut up.

I dont want to defend lazy or inconsistent writing, but there are games with similar stuff. Like shield and attack form bosses, or type shenanigans in Pokémon.

Would be nice to have consistent or actually built up stuff in mangas, but thats not how things works. Sadly...

Mabelle is, apparently a regular member of another party and I guess she was only there because she was asked by Kalos to join the raid. Shame.
