Guutsu...
I have a feeling that the "tsu" in that bubble was the small one, which I believe is used to denote a glottal stop when placed at the end of a word or sentence. Granted, this is all conjecture as my Japanese knowledge is primarily a mish-mash of Duolingo, Wanikani, reading translated manga (with the occasional untranslated exclamation here or there), watching subbed anime, and googling that thing where words beginning with hard consonant sounds have them replaced with soft consonants when you append them to another word (e.g. "hito" + "kami" -> "hitogami").

Damn, they have really sensitive ear to hear what a winded man who just got slam into a wall whisper under his breath in the middle of a fight against a boss monster that use wind (very noisy).

Isabella is yet again caught without her shield in position. Girl, is that thing just a decorative weight or what? What kind of tank are you? I mean, just look at her covering her face with her weapon arm and not... her shield arm on page 8. She may be competent in offense against people, but she's... not very competent as a tank.

Awfully convenient for Luce to just receive the book they were looking for. I have mixed feelings about that, but anyway.

Correct. The presence of a small tsu in that part makes sense given he took a strong attack that would interrupt any attempt to speak. He just did a grunt after taking a big blow.

So yeah, it should just be "Guu" or "Guh" and not "Guutsu" on page 4. It was probably ぐうっ in the raw. The small tsu (っ or ) character should not be pronounced or converted to romaji like the regular big "tsu" (つ or ツ) kana, but used to denote either lengthening of a sound when used in front of a kana or an abrupt stop of a sound if used after a kana. Also, パリィ (Parry) was left untranslated on page 5.
