But as it ended and suddenly had a huge drop in the rating from the time I read it the last time, I just to this chapter only to see her reciprocating a confession with a different man...

Going through my dropped list and finding out some ended is a rather nice feeling, I get to just finish in one swoop.
I remember this manga went all over the place by the midpoint, especially the UNO part. Some very interesting element of the story was also just... abandoned. Now I'm just happy it ended in a good note as it should.
