I think it has been said that Soseki has already translated chapter 105 but never posted it on Mangadex. There's no reason for him to overlap a work that has been posted on other sites.

No, Makoto is around the age of his students. Even the oldest of his students is older than him. At least it is known Sif is 19 years old, while he was 17 when he was transported(at most he is 18 now).
