thanks for the translation!

thought so too. But did it anyway which consumed more of my time. Will edit!
i was going to mention my only issue with this chapter was probably how eris speaks, but it seems you've already got the memo. other than that the quality is noticeably improving with every chapter release!

Very curious, does the manga is late than the anime or it's just scanlations taking a while to catch up with the raws?

Manga is very behind compared to the anime now, but the anime trims a lot of "fluff" from the story which often ends up glossing over development further into the story.
Still would recommend the anime just because the VAs do a great job especially the main 4, being Makoto, Tomoe, Mio, and Shiki.

Considering the post-Soseki release burst, bit of both i guess. These chs are pretty large. The anime is usually ahead due to a faster release cadence (weekly), especially if regular seasons are planned (eg: One Piece anime has already caught up to the manga multiple times without skipping content, hence why they have to add in multiple anime-exclusive filler arcs to give Oda time to write & draw more main story stuff)

1) On the page where he opens the dimensional rift with the dinosaur, why is "Stone!" there? It's random.

2) "I wonder if they can do it well" - I know he's referring to the students' task but the way its phrased here seems off. Something like "I hope it goes well for them" or "I wonder if it will go well for them" would make more sense. No idea how that lines up with the original phrasing.

Thanks for the TL.

The anime cut out large amounts of story, I assume for two reasons:

1) For some reason I guess they really wanted to cover the invasion in season 2, instead of waiting for a potential season 3.

2) I get the impression the producers really wanted Makoto's mana armor reveal to be some big deal in a real battle instead of at a demonstration ... even though the reveal at the demonstration in the manga was way more impressive than the reveal in battle in the anime.

finally we're getting closer to the school festivities, I really want to see how
when he gets crushed by the commerce guild and he finally says hyuman can just go the hell, like the anime really didn't show it well, in the WN at least, the moment was powerful, like he genuinely wanted to help people and got trashed instead, the same when he ask to conquer the demon place that once was his family home

Comick Died. Had To Get Upload Perms Myself.
I fixed the previous chapters mistake; the last uploader will update them as soon as he is online.
Any suggestions are welcome!
Try reading Regalia of the Underdog if you have spare time. Good and underrated new series!
Thanks for all the help and support.
I was going to read it, but it has ch.1 and then jumps to 8.

1) In the raw, it's just ストーン, with no exclamation point. すとん / ストン is a 擬音 (Japanese mimetic phrase, something like a "sound effect") meaning "to fall/hang down". TL was apparently confused, since ストーン does indeed sound like a transliteration of "stone" into JP.

tl;dr it's just the sfx for the dragon falling into the mist gate; JP has a bunch of sfx for things that don't actually make sounds (like シーン being sfx for silence).
