Alexander the Great DID get worshipped as a god, yes- first by the Egyptians, then the Persians (because both nations held that only someone with divine heritage could be their ruler, and since he was their ruler by right of conquest, he HAD to be a god). Tomoe Gozen had a lot of stories written about her, but I think general consensus is that all the stories were centered around a real historical person at least initially.

Wow, they didn't even addressed the fact that Tomoe(Shin)'s actions led to Makoto on death's door, and would've died if not for Mio regaining reason after her hunger was satiated by Makoto's final attack which in of itself by PURE LUCK. This makes the story feel so disconnected.

Well, you can try using this logic. But fishes used when you want to accent that it's not simple more than one but it's different species or size or whatever.
Is there any reason to accent that some text contains not multiple of single symbol but many different symbols? I see none.
