Would explain her own motives for tracking down murderers, she's looking for the one that took her family away from her, even if it doesn't explain her powers.

Might be connected to why Nezumi and their gang have fallen on hard times when many robbery gangs started to be caught. I suspect Spica is responsible for that. She developed her society correcting thing after losing her family.

I don't think she's actively looking for the people who killed her family, as all of the murderers she's killed aren't exactly suspects for burglary. And given that she's read their minds, she knows that none of them have killed her family. In fact, I think the reveal would be that Spica's first murders are the burglars who killed her parents

Could be part of the flashback, if it goes into a full blown flashback. Or she's still hunting them down and taking out any killers she comes across along the way. It's not like she'd let some murderer escape just because that's not her primary target.

Because is less shock and more like did you see the previous turn? This is the real direction,for example no one knows Spica was a orphan, didn't mattered till now, that's a good twist
