It's fine if you don't like it, but I wouldn't go around boldly proclaiming things like this. "Men who wear high heels" is already something that isn't normalized in everyday society, so it's already a redundant claim to say something like "I don't like it when men wear high heels." Also, it's an insensitive statement to make in a public forum where people who have been waiting for a long time to see content like this are also browsing; it feels like a slap in the face when you see manga that you've been highly anticipating only for the comments to complain about it.
