Erika is the main variant of the name and from what I can guess, Erica is a false friend anglicisation of it, given the actual equivalent to Erika in english is heather.
Also, Japanese doesn't have C as a unique sound, so it's doubtful the Mangaka would've used this variant

To be fair that hero you speak off isn't the MC. We've seen characters like Kazuma from Konosuba fighting a demon king's elite as his first boss in the origin town too and he is the MC of that story and they always win with some bs.

Well it’s different in konosubu, because it’s a comedy and the comedy is actually good, so the bs hits home. Here the comedy if there even is any is abysmal and comes off as bad writing and predictable once it comes up due to the lackluster reasoning given most likely. Not that it can’t be good, I’m just not expecting it to be.
