I feel like the princess of the party will catch feelings for him, and she'll end up marrying him instead. Seems like a cliche and predictable outcome to the point where I'd actually be surprised if this set up doesn't happen

REALLY like the character designs and this adaptation's artstyle. also refreshing that ALL of the dude's party members are genuinely good and selfless ppl with seemingly no hidden agendas - the princess chick seemed kinda nasty, but she just warned him that he'd be executed anyway if they found out he was a fake hero. so that's not her fault.
